Minimum Group Allotment: 48 Units
Signature Amenity: Each group booking includes a dedicated, on-floor breakout salon (117 sqm) for private assemblies.

Large, open 12.000sf space with 20’ ceilings, a stage, and large venue displays that can can be configured to suit group needs.
THEATER
750 seat full production theater can accomodate shows, group lectures and virtual meetings.
336 all suite luxury oceanfront accomodations with private patio. Each suite includes a private bedroom, full bath and guest bath, kitchenette, a sit in bay window, office work station and a 252sf fully private balcony. Suites are suitable for single or double occupancy.
240 Spacious interior open layout studios with large HDA bathrooms and simulated ocean views.
Each floor has 2 additional open 1215-1500sf private meeting spaces with balcony suitable for executive workspace, meetings, breakfast, private cocktail parties, etc.

Ocean residence is the only hotel with its own jetport. VTOL jets provide owners and guests with private jet and heli service directly on board from regional airports around the world.
Two Tenders travel with the conference center to provide guests with ship to port and ship to shore transportation.
Ocean Residence Global Conference Center has a container hold to provide groups with logistical support for their meetings. Groups can bring event supples packed in shipping containers directly on board.
